With the acquisition of consulting engineers firm FHK Ingenieurbüro GmbH by TÜV AUSTRIA, the internationally active group of companies is massively expanding its service portfolio in the field of real estate management.

Office buildings, production facilities, industrial plants, municipal facilities, single-family homes, apartment buildings, sports facilities and leisure facilities - real estate projects are complex and cost-intensive undertakings. From planning, development and construction to operation. The same applies to conversions, deconstruction, renovation or demolition. Every construction project places high demands on owners, operators, planners, investors and contractors.

To ensure that real estate projects are successful, it is useful to have a competent, independent partner at your side. TÜV AUSTRIA supports owners, operators and property managers with customized services and a holistic approach to real estate. With the integration of the highly specialized engineering firm FHK in Wels, Upper Austria, the internationally active TÜV AUSTRIA Group is further expanding its leading position as a full-service provider for the real estate industry.

Decisive added value for quality, efficiency and safety
With FHK, the range of services is now decisively expanded to include technical consulting, energy optimization, technical project planning and technical construction supervision, especially in the area of HVACR. TÜV AUSTRIA thus accompanies its customers and partners from the preparation of tenders to the auditing of accounts. Stefan Pfefferer, Head of the Business Unit TÜV AUSTRIA Real Estate Management, is pleased about the expansion and the increase in experts, who will in future offer an even more comprehensive service portfolio tailored to customer needs.

FHK Managing Director Stefan Guldan adds: "The bundling of competences and know-how in the field of construction technology, facility management and real estate services provides the decisive added value in terms of quality, efficiency and, above all, safety. In addition, FHK can now access the networked range of services offered by the entire TÜV AUSTRIA Group. A win-win situation for us and our customers." FHK Managing Director Gerhard Kampl also points to the competence in traffic route construction, where many years of expertise in projects in the infrastructure sector have been contributed.

Shared future: TÜV AUSTRIA Real Estate Management
As a full-service provider on the market, TÜV AUSTRIA creates decisive added value for customers with integrated solutions. Independent safety-related support provides planning and legal certainty, efficiency and security of use, and delivers important decision-making aids for upcoming investments and work with independent tests, evaluations and checks. Own quality and safety standards, but also the knowledge of standards and legal requirements bring tangible advantages for every real estate project - also during operation.

FHK and TÜV AUSTRIA agree: the merger of the companies will result in numerous successful projects and provide customers with competent and comprehensive support in the implementation of their projects.
