TÜV AUSTRIA Hellas certifies Alpha Bank according to ISO 22301

TÜV AUSTRIA Hellas has certified divisions of Alpha Bank in Greece and Romania as well as the companies Alpha Supporting Services and Alpha Leasing according to the requirements of standard ISO 22301 for the applied Business Continuity Management System.

ISO 22301 is an international standard which defines the requirements for creativity and management, operation, monitoring and improvement of an efficient business continuity management system. The Alpha Bank Group, through this particular certification, demonstrates its ability and readiness to respond in special cases of emergency directly and efficiently. On the other hand, it points out that it is bound to offer its clients high level services continually and sincerely not only in Greece but in Romania as well.

TÜV AUSTRIA Hellas is one of the first certification bodies in Greece accredited by the Hellenic Accreditation System (ESYD) for the ISO 22301 standard and has conducted numerous audits and management systems certifications of financial organizations, service providers, commercial companies etc., the constant production ability of which is necessary and crucial. As a result, in TÜV AUSTRIA Hellas we feel satisfied because Alpha Bank is among these organizations.
