TÜV AUSTRIA: Safely from building shutdown to re-opening
- 04/07/2020
- Created by TUEV AUSTRIA
Home office and limited production possibilities currently leave many office buildings and operating facilities almost empty. In the forced shutdown caused by COVID-19, however, buildings and systems still require appropriate support - from regular cleaning measures to ventilation. The shutdown situation is also a good time to carry out maintenance work or infrastructure measures, so that once the industrial facility or building reopens, one can concentrate exclusively on one's own core business again.
Stefan Pfefferer, Head of the TÜV AUSTRIA Real Estate Management business unit, has positioned Austria's leading testing, inspection and certification companies as a full-service provider in the fields of construction technology, fire protection, property security, facility management, IT security and data protection, elevator technology, drinking water and air hygiene for businesses: "As a 360-degree real estate partner, we deliver the right concepts from shutdown to ramp-up of buildings and facilities. With one goal: To make the decisive contribution to quality, cost-effectiveness and above all safety".
TÜV AUSTRIA's independent tests, evaluations, findings and checks provide important decision-making aids for upcoming work and investments.
Stefan Pfefferer: "TÜV AUSTRIA's integrated solutions, always tailored to the individual needs of the business operating a property, provide our customers with the decisive added value of being able to get back on track quickly and, above all, safely after the crisis".
