- Examination of the training process according to defined quality standards
- Evaluation of the training process according to the state of the art or best practice methods
- Testing according to national and international standards as far as available with regard to content and didactic methods
- Review of existing documentation, process controls and training material
- Review of existing certificates/test reports that may be available for the process
- Inspection of the existing QM and/or BM system as well as regulations in the organization relevant to them
- Monitoring of the training process
- Examination of the training process in the full scope of the underlying standards (possibly in cooperation with the manufacturer if necessary)
- Examination of the communication of knowledge and/or training content against the existing exams and knowledge checks
