Test procedure/services

In the event of an incident with a medical device, it is always important to act correctly from the very start:

  • Secure the device with all of its accessories. Disposable articles that have been used must also be kept.
  • Report the incident to the Federal Office for Safety in Health Care.
  • We would be happy to prepare a quotation for the desired expert opinion. Following your confirmation of the order, one of our engineers will contact you to arrange an individual appointment.
  • The further procedure will then be discussed individually. In the majority of cases, the device and all of its accessories will be taken to our testing laboratory for further investigation.
  • Discussions will then be held with everyone involved in the incident.
  • You will receive an expert opinion based on the aforementioned and all of the investigated material will be returned to you.
