National Bank of Greece has been TÜV AUSTRIA-certified

TÜV AUSTRIA Hellas, awarded the first Accredited Compliance System Certificate against the requirements of ISO 37301 system standard to the National Bank of Greece (NBG).

The new service of TÜV AUSTRIA Hellas for the ISO 37301 standard, concerns organizations that retain steady compliance of their obligations and equips them with a set of tools that allows them to create and maintain a solid and a systematic culture of compliance.

The General Manager of Compliance and Corporate Governance of the National Bank of Greece and the Group, Mr. Panagiotis Dasmanoglou, states: Following our work and faithfully committed to international practices, we confirm once again our Compliance with supervisory requirements and best practices, and we are proud that, first, we received an accredited certificate in accordance with the new ISO 37301 standard, for the Regulatory Compliance of organizations by the international Certification Provider of TÜV AUSTRIA.

TÜV AUSTRIA Hellas is the first accredited certification body in Greece, and one of the first at European level, that have been assessed successfully and accredited according to the ISO 37301 system standard for compliance management by the Greek (National) Accreditation System (ESYD SA), full member of EA & MLA agreements.
